Spotlight Radio-105 FM provides quality programming to satisfy a vast listener demographics. It’s the Rebirth of conventional radio with the sound and feel of the new millennium. The new concept is Frequency Modulation on the web. We are a local community oriented, online radio station with a twenty-four hour, seven days per week global presence.

You are looking at a post interview picture of one of our most memorable and exclusive interviews. I sat down with Sir Chuck Dikko while campaigning for the seat as Governor of Connecticut. He eloquently answered some of my toughest political questions. And, although he did not win the governorship, he was Spotlighted around the world via our platform. We extended good wishes for his future political ambitions.

Here is another exclusive interview with the retired Mayor of the Parish of St. Ann, Jamaica, Mr. Delroy Giscome. In addition to his vast resume of accomplishments, he goes down in history as the first person to raise the Jamaican flag in New York in the late 1990’s. Our very candid interview lasted almost two hours discussing some of the most riveting topics on the minds of every Jamaican, such as crime, deportees, proposed ID system, etc. Much respect to the former Mayor for stopping by our studio.

While Hosting the 21st edition of the very popular WIAAGB’s Caribbean Jerk Festival at the McLevy Green in downtown, Bridgeport, Connecticut, we surprised the audience with a cover of Carl Dawkins’ hit song “Satisfaction.”

On a typical Saturday Afternoon Mixx show, Pat Kelly putting in work as we build a vibe with our listeners around the globe with a solid blend of Reggae, Classic R&B and slow Jams. Blaaazing!!

I caught up (backstage) with a truly authentic, legendary Artist (Singer, Song Writer, Base Player, Producer, Consumate Performer)….Leroy (Heptones) Sibbles. One of the greatest album that came out of Studio One under the direction of Leroy Sibbles and Sir Clement (Coxone) Dodd is “Heptones On Top.” The album features mega hits like Party Time, Book of Rule, Equal Rights, Sea of Love, etc. Some of these rhythms are being remade into the songs we hear today.
